These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TAPVEX: Reflex Challenge (“TAPVEX”, “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the app
You may use TAPVEX for personal, lawful entertainment purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate scores, exploit bugs or use automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
2. Accounts and leaderboards
Some features may use Google Play Games or other Google services. Your display name and game scores may appear on leaderboards. We may remove or correct records that are fraudulent, duplicated, corrupted or created through abuse.
3. Purchases
Where in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed through the applicable app-store billing system. Purchase availability, refunds and billing matters may also be subject to the platform provider's terms.
4. Advertising
The free version of TAPVEX may contain advertising. Certain purchases may disable eligible ads as described in the app.
5. Intellectual property
TAPVEX, its branding, visual design, game elements and related content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TAPVEX content to users.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimer
TAPVEX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or available without interruption.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
Access may be restricted where a user abuses the service, manipulates game systems, violates applicable law or materially breaches these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as TAPVEX evolves. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
