This Privacy Policy explains how TAPVEX: Reflex Challenge (“TAPVEX”, “we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles information when you use the application.

- Google Play Games account information made available to the app, such as your player identifier and Play Games display name.
- Game progress, scores, leaderboard data, achievements, challenge progress and related gameplay records.
- Technical information such as app version, device/app diagnostics and crash information.
- Notification preferences and similar app settings.
- Purchase status information required to provide paid features such as ad removal, where applicable.
2. How information is used
We use this information to operate and improve TAPVEX, including to authenticate players, save progress, display leaderboards, prevent duplicate player records, diagnose technical issues, deliver requested notifications and maintain app security.
3. Services used by the app
TAPVEX may use services provided by Google, including Google Play Games Services, Firebase services, Google Play Billing and advertising services. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms and policies.
4. Advertising
The app may display advertising. Advertising providers may process device or advertising-related information in accordance with their own policies and applicable consent requirements. Users who purchase an eligible ad-removal option may receive an ad-free experience as described in the app.
5. Data retention
We retain game and account-linked records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain leaderboards, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and resolve technical issues. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate TAPVEX, or disclosed where required by law, security obligations or protection against misuse.
7. Children's privacy
TAPVEX is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review the issue.
8. Your choices
You can control certain permissions and notification preferences through the app or your device settings. Google account and Play Games settings can be managed through the relevant Google services.
